Policy:

• If the price of an item you have purchased from Electric Kicks drops within 14 days of your purchase, we have got you covered!
• Simply reach out to our Customer Support team at support@electrickicks.com.au or call 1300 054 257.
• We will refund you the difference in the form of store credit.
• Applicable on all escooters, ebikes and erides. 
• Not applicable on accessories or spare parts.

 

Store Credits:

• The refunded amount will be issued as a store credit.
• These store credits can be used for any future shopping at Electric Kicks.
• It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us!

 

Eligibility:

• The shop with confidence policy applies only if the product price decreases on our website within the next 14 days of your purchase date.
