And talking about upgrades, the E22 has tons of those. First off, it comes with a pair of flat-free tyres filled with PU foaming material. It balances the best attributes of pneumatic tyres but with better shock absorption for a smoother, more comfortable ride.
This electric scooter also has a stronger brushless direct current motor that allows for better acceleration. You can reach top speeds of 20 kph and ride a distance as far as 22 km with ease. Plus, this e-scooter can ride hills of up to a 15% grade.
The new Ninebot E22 also has 3 riding modes, all conveniently accessible through double-tapping, that'll help you customize your riding experience. Choose from Cruise (for longer battery life), Normal (for an upgraded experience), and Sports (for adrenaline highs).

Very happy with my purchase. The Segway scooter makes the 9km trip to work and back so nice and significantly less stressful than catching public transport. It's a solidly built scooter and the cruise control feature is really handy.
The service from Electric Kicks was excellent. From memory, the scooter arrived only two days after ordering online.
The Ninebot itself seems to be a great product and the service from EK has been exceptional. We were missing the screws to mount the handlebar stem, they had them shipped out express within hours of contact.

Loving my E22. I have a 8km round trip commute each day, and the scooter is so much better than public transport. I ride up Queen or William St from the river, and the sports mode manages the incline without issue. The E22 has a top speed of 20km/hr which is fine for the commute, and a range of 22km. My longest adventure has been 12km (including a top speed lap around Albert Park) and the battery got down to ~40%. The sales pitch describes the E22 as a great beginners scooter, and for what I need it for, it is perfect. Very happy with the purchase, and very happy with the service from Electric Kicks.
